Inkon Labels started in 1999 with silkscreen printing vinyl hazardous chemical stickers for the transport industry. The company expanded by buying a primary label machine to print roll-to-roll multi-coloured labels flexographically.

In 2000, Inkon Labels acquired its first Mark Andy press, thus diversifying its offerings into a broader scope to supply labels to the commercial, industrial, and chemical industries. Inkon Labels was rebranded in 2012 to be more relevant and reflect its ability to offer screen, flexographic, and digital labels to a diversified customer base.
